Bearing the motto “Bridging IoT and Sensor
Web Applications”, the 52°North Student Innovation
Challenge stimulates students to generate and implement
innovative ideas and concepts for a specific topic in the
GeoIT domain. It also acknowledges and rewards creative
and innovative minds.
52°North invites students of Geoinformatics,
Informatics or related fields to submit proposals
exploring the link between IoT and Sensor Web technology.
The top three applicants will then implement proofs of
concepts and present their project results at the
Geospatial Sensor Web Conference 2017.
The 52°North Student Innovation Challenge is
endowed with 3.500,- EUR.
The innovation prize is sponsored by 52°North GmbH, con
