Is there anything missing in the procedure? Please let me know

Girija
Dear Group,

My system configuration
Windows- 32 bit
Version of WPS-52N = Latest version  from https://github.com/52North/WPS
Downloaded as zip- unzipped , extracted files, ran mvn cmd, exported into eclipse.
From 52n-parent-> runas -> set goal n profile and ran it was fine and accessed front page.
For R-configuration I followed as mentioned here https://wiki.52north.org/bin/view/Geoprocessing/TutorialBackendR
R being already installed- version 3.1.1, installed Rserve package
After writing the sample R-scrpt, placed it manually in webaps/R/scrpts
Then From the http://localhost:8080/wps/ , - checked for getCapabilities, then accessed http://localhost:8080/wps/test.html and checked in the drop down list for my deployed R-scrpit, and I even sent a URL-DescribeProcess request, but it turned up saying my abc.R doesnot exist.

What is the exact command you used? Did you build with the geotools profile?

Does this mean you start the server vom Eclipse?

Just to be clear: In a previous post you mentioned that a telnet
connection to Rserve works.

What is the exact URL you use for the DescribeProcess operation?

Please attach the wps_config.xml file and the script file that you use.

And most importantly: Please change the WPS's logging level to DEBUG [1]
and attach the log file.

/Daniel

Re: Is there anything missing in the procedure? Please let me know

Girija
Dear Sir,
Sorry for the delay.
Yeah my telnet connection works,
and the configuration seems to be fine. But im still unaware of what the problem could be.
I cannot attach the files now from the workplace. Ill post in an hour or two.
I have just followed the process at per tutorial, still I cannot view the R-script being deployed.
Can you patiently take some time and brief after logging in into admin console and deploying r-script, how would I make it work?
I can just run GetCapabilities command, after this, how do I describeProcess? and how do i execute?
Thanx in advance

Enable DEBUG level logging and post your log file.
That's the only way to be able to help you.

Thanks.

As you can see in the lines

2014-08-26 22:49:33,389 [localhost-startStop-1] INFO
org.n52.wps.server.RepositoryManager: Algorithm Repository
org.n52.wps.server.LocalAlgorithmRepository initialized

org.n52.wps.server.RepositoryManager: Algorithm Repository
org.n52.wps.server.ServiceLoaderAlgorithmRepository initialized

there is no LocalRAlgorithmRepository loaded, but the others are loaded
fine.

Next steps: log file with DEBUG logging, please:
https://wiki.52north.org/bin/view/Geoprocessing/ConfiguringTheWPS#Logging_Configuration

And also your wps_config.xml file.
