The test.html client only contains example request that you can send to
the service. Once you have properly configured WPS and the R algorithm
repository these requests will work.

* You did not deactivate the LocalAlgorithmRepository as you said in the
beginning of the message.
* You are editing a wps_config.xml file that is actually not used by the
