Re: WPS4R error

BenjaminPross
Hello Greg,

At first, I thought, I could reproduce the exception. But I had made a spelling mistake and that doesn't seem to be the case in your code.
The issue might be caused by some statements that appear in the code before the 'cnty' variable is called..
I am cc'ing the geoprocessing users-list, maybe someone there has an idea.

Cheers,

Benjamin

Re: WPS4R error

Matthias Hinz-2
Hi Greg,
I think your process does not work, because you call

rm(list=ls())
in the beginning of your script. If there were no dramatic changes recently, WPS4R inserts all inputs into the workspace before executing the script. Hence emptying the workspace like this compromises the concept. Also changing the work directory might cause you problems - but if it works properly in your case, it's fine.

By the way - just in case you're not aware of it - the script is accessible from the process description.
Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Matthias

Good catch, Matthias, removing this line should fix part of the issue.

Probably not - because the WPS won't know where to look for the result
files.

Please check the documentation for WPS4R, there are several options to
configure the work directory according to your needs (Section
"configuration parameters"):

https://wiki.52north.org/bin/view/Geostatistics/WPS4RDocumentation

Hope this helps,
Daniel
