Re: Regarding data-types to be used while writing an R-script that is to be deployed in WPS
We had this before, so please follow our advice: Do not cross post on

Which "wps client" do you use?

Please concretely list what the inputs and outputs of the process shall be.
The data types can be defined manually in R_Datatype.conf , but right
now I am not sure this is actually required.

What do you mean with "describing dynamic output" ?
Whatever you can do in an R script, you can do it with WPS4R. I have not
used knittr yet, but there is an example to run Sweave . Please note
the wps.resource definition.
